If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Star Facets within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange of your purchase price. To return a certified loose diamond to Star Facets, please contact us at returns@starfacets.com requesting a return and we will give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You have 30 days from the date of delivery to obtain a RAN and return the item to us with the original receipt, box and certificate to process the refund or exchange. Once you obtain a RAN, it is valid up to 30 days of the delivery date. If your refund is accepted and processed, you agree to a full refund less shipping costs and it will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers, money orders, cashier checks which will be refunded via company check. We will refund you’re total purchase amount minus a $40 shipping charge and the process will take 1 to 3 business days. Upon receiving your return, the certified loose diamond will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team. If our Quality Assurance Team notices signs of damage in any way, or if the certified loose diamond does not match our records on the certificate, your return will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Returns will only be accepted if the customer provides a valid RAN, packages the returned item as it was received, insures the returned item and provides the original receipt, box and certificate within 30 Days of delivery date. Gift items may be kept for souvenirs. If the original certificate does not accompany a return, then the customer will be subject to a certification replacement fee of $300.00 USD. For security purposes, please DO NOT write Star Facets or starfacets.com anywhere on the outside of the return package. Star Facets does not allow any customer to compare purchases; allowing you the opportunity to make multiple purchases of items for review and returning all minus the one that you decided to like. In order to process and give a full refund or exchange, Star Facets must receive the certified loose diamond at its facility within 30 days of the delivery date and acknowledge everything listed on our return policy or the return is void.

To return an engagement ring or a fine jewelry to Star Facets, customer must make sure that the item of choice is not modified to there likings. If an item has been modified, the item is not eligible for a return/exchange nor can it be canceled once the order has been confirmed. To make sure that an item is returnable; customization, setting the diamond, and sizing to an item must not be done.

We advise that all returns be shipped securely via US Postal Service Registered™, insured for the total value of your contents plus shipment charges and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by Star Facets.

If your not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we strongly encourage you to read our return policy and follow the instructions listed below:

1.       Send an e-mail to returns@starfacets.com providing your order number, reason for return, and the date of delivery.

2.       A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be sent to you via e-mail.

3.       Write this number on the blank provided for you on the form that would be available to you once you received your item. 

4.       Return the item securely via US Postal Service Registered™, insured for the total value of your content.
