I have been searching and searching the internet for weeks. There is so much diamonds out there and to be honest, I believe that I might have seen the same diamond at other sites. The reason I came and shopped with Star Facets is that you have the lowest price out there. The service was great, you didn’t have a picture of the actual diamond on the internet but you did provide with a copy of the certificate before a bought the diamond. I appreciate the time you spent with me and you guaranteed the delivery on Friday and it came in on that day. I would search again towards Christmas for two more diamonds to make studs.

It was amazing on the customer service that Star Facets provided me. They basically told me everything about the diamond before I received it. They mentioned to me where the inclusion is, how much sparkle it had, the cut grade and other factual information about the diamond. To be honest, they guaranteed me that everything was exactly how we explained it and when I did receive the diamond the next day, rest assure, it was the exact diamond that Star Facets was describing to me. By far, your diamonds are the lowest on the internet. I just bought a diamond from Star Facets and it was awesome. The diamond was listed elsewere on the internet and it was for a higher price. It was a company who claims that we have the lowest price on diamonds. Whoever reads this feedback, please keep in mind that Star Facets is a great company to deal with and they help you from the beginning of your transaction to the end to assure 100% satisfaction.
